I run support groups for people with ADHD. You don't have to be diagnosed to join, it's open to anyone over 18 who experiences ADHD symptoms and behaviours.
The focus of the group is learning about ADHD and giving mutual support. Each evening has a set theme and will include a brief introduction to a useful TA technique.
Being part of a group is different to 1-2-1 therapy. The most significant difference is that group participants help each other through sharing personal experiences, strategies to overcome issues and also offering a place where everyone understands the problems that living with ADHD involves. The group provides a cost effective way to learn new ADD friendly life skills and share coping strategies.
The group meets fortnightly for 2 hours on a Friday evening. Each group runs for 4 sessions and is limited to a maximum of 8 people. The cost is £100 for the block of 4 sessions.
I will send out details about the next group, which is likely to begin in January 2019 to my mailing list. If you are interested in joining the next group or finding out about future ones you can subscribe to my mailing list below or Contact Me for details.
