I offer one to one, group and specialist supervision, both face to face and online.
-
My main areas of work are Ex-Boarding school clients and Neurodifferent clients.
I also specialise in Third Culture processes and radicalisation, particularly vulnerability to Incel and similar ideologies. This aligns with my interest in cults. and cult orientated groups.
I am also familiar with the issues around mental health in rural communities and the differences between urban and rural counselling.
-
My main modality is Transactional Analysis, particularly the ‘Classic’ variety.
I also have training in Gestalt and Family Constellations
-
Supervisees can be from any of the humanistic modalities as long as the supervisee is interested in exploring new ways of conceptualising the client.
Because TA is a humanistic modality, it complements other humanistic modalities. TA has a wide range of models and frameworks which supervisees find significantly overlaps with their own modality.
I particularly enjoy working with experienced therapists who are looking to include TA in their work in a practical way with particular clients, for whom the modality is suited.

Yes. Until now specialist peer to peer consultation has been my main area of supervision.
I offer one off supervision in the following areas.
1) Neurodifference
2) Ex-Boarding School pupils
3) Third Culture Clients
4) Radicalisation
5) Setting up an online private practice
-
Yes I run supervision groups.
I run monthly supervision groups for between 3 and 5 supervisees over the winter (October to March).
One of these groups meets face to face in Edinburgh.
Plese email me to ask about group availability.
-
I charge supervisees the same rate as my clients - £75 for a 1 hour appointment.
Group charge depends on the number of supervisees, with 3 supervisees the cost would be £75/person for a 3 hour supervision. With more members the cost is reduced pro-rata.
-
I am just completing a COSCA diploma in Supervision from Physis in Edinburgh.
I also have a Diploma in Transactional Analysis from Physis as well as a certificate in Family Constellations and completed a Foundation Year in Gestalt.
I have over 8000 client hours experience, mainly with Neurodifference and Ex-Boarder clients.
I also regularly present at trainings and conferences on my specialisms.
-
I work both online and face to face.
I see supervisees face to face in Edinburgh on Friday afternoons during the winter (October - March).
I work online Monday to Thursday between 10:30am and 8:30pm
-
It depends.
I like supporting trainees as they set up in private practice however I do not work with trainees where I would be expected to submit a report to their training provider about their work.
I also do not work with trainees who are still in placements.
